Typically go for miniwork noodles (小锅面) which I find always satisfying - soup comes with an egg, fishballs, meatballs, fish dumpings. Soup is sweet and savoury. Served with dry noodles on the side. Noodles are topped with flavorful, marinated mushrooms.
